Loved. Chosen. Redeemed.

Have you ever had one of those days where you just feel… unseen? Maybe unnoticed, unworthy, or like you don’t belong?

Let me remind you of three simple but powerful truths:
You are Loved. You are Chosen. You are Redeemed.

1. You Are Loved

Before you did anything to deserve it, God loved you.
His love isn’t based on your performance or how good you’ve been this week. His love is constant, unshakable, and deeper than we can fully understand.

“But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” – Romans 5:8

God’s love is not a reward—it’s a gift. And it’s already yours.

2. You Are Chosen

You weren’t an afterthought. You weren’t a backup plan. God chose you on purpose, with purpose.

“For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight.” – Ephesians 1:4

Let that sink in: before the world was formed, He had already picked you. You are wanted. You are part of His plan.

3. You Are Redeemed

We all mess up. We’ve all made mistakes. But Jesus didn’t leave us there. He paid the price to bring us back to God—fully forgiven and made new.

“In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace.” – Ephesians 1:7

Because of Jesus, your past doesn’t define you. Grace does.

So today, wherever you are, whatever you’re walking through, remember this:

Loved. Chosen. Redeemed.

That’s who you are in Christ. Not because of what you’ve done—but because of who He is.

Let these words root deep into your heart. Speak them over yourself. Write them down. And never forget the truth of your identity in Him.

🙏 Prayer:
Father God,
Thank You for loving me even when I feel unlovable. Thank You for choosing me before I ever knew You and for redeeming me through Jesus. Help me to live each day rooted in these truths—secure in Your love, confident in Your calling, and grateful for Your grace. Remind me who I am when I forget.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
